Limits

Today I decided to push myself as hard as I could - I ran one mile in 8 minutes and 44 seconds, I didn't know I could run that hard and that fast - I guess that's good to know if I am ever being chased! I might have been a track star when I was young - if I had thought of it. Funny...the things you learn about yourself when you really pushed to your limits. My Chiropractor won't be to happy, but he will get over it.

    A school paper that was just discovered among 110 boxes trying to get cleaned out.

    "My Dad" My dads the best and will alwawaase be he is better than all the rest I ever did see. My dad loves me and I love him to he teached me things when I was little like how to tie my shoe. My dad helps me with golf and singing to he teaches me lots of things that I could never do.

Live and Learn

Place it in God's hands, whatever happens is what was meant to happen. Trust that.

Every day you have a choice. Use your words and actions to tear someone down or build someone up. What will you choose?

A lie is a lie, A big lie or a tiny little white lie, to someone else, somewhere, it is a huge lie. From this point forward don't be part of anyone's big or little lies.

Start everyday with a Cooper Smile and your life will be fantabulous. Anything else in life is just a bonus.

Make sure your actions and your words portray the person that Cooper is proud to call "His Mommy".

Learn to Laugh at Adversity, Things that trouble you won't seem so troubling if you Learn to Laugh, and the Memories will be sweeter.

Be thankful for everything God has given you.

Be patient, but remember patience does not mean sitting around waiting for something to happen, patience requires actively working toward a worthwhile goal all the while not getting discouraged if results do not some swiftly.
