Today I went running for the 2nd time in 3 months - I only ran a mile, I have promised my Doc that I wouldn't push it. 1 mile every other day for at least a month - I have missed it!August 6, 2008: Ran two miles today -I just couldn't stop at one, cant believe how much I needed it. Running just helps me think things through.

ReplyDeletei thought one way to keep tract of your progression is to record the fairways hit, greens in regulation, sand saves, up and down and total length of putts made in a round. Also penalties and other things that happen to you on the course. love you dad
