Fine, I will run elsewhere

Well, I found out that I was rejected for the St. George marathon...thats ok, I will run in the Logan Marathon on Sept. 20th.....It's prettier there ! first I have to find out what the heck is wrong with my leg. somehow - while running - I have pulled, strained and or torn something, it makes running very difficult - so I have stopped for now, but I will prevail and get back on the running wagon!

So instead of running, lately I have been playing alot of golf with a friend at Black Diamond and my game is getting back to where is was a few years ago. I am taking the PGA PAT on June 30th at Highlands Reserve (a course in Orlando) I will let you know how that goes.

Live and Learn

Place it in God's hands, whatever happens is what was meant to happen. Trust that.

Every day you have a choice. Use your words and actions to tear someone down or build someone up. What will you choose?

A lie is a lie, A big lie or a tiny little white lie, to someone else, somewhere, it is a huge lie. From this point forward don't be part of anyone's big or little lies.

Be patient, but remember patience does not mean sitting around waiting for something to happen, patience requires actively working toward a worthwhile goal all the while not getting discouraged if results do not some swiftly.
